Hard copy proof MUST be submitted with the electronic file. Also, indications for PMS colors, size and FPO's must be clearly marked on the hard copy. Contract color proofs accepted for color. 2. The page layout file must be in correct proportion to the final size. 3. Submit all TIFF, EPS, etc. support files used in building the layout. When applicable, send the native file as well. DO NOT EMBED FILES! 4. Submit screen and printer fonts used in file preparation. 5. Submit any transparencies or reflective art to be scanned. 6. Scans provided by the client should be: a. Vehicle - 100dpi @ actual size. b. Mural / Large wall graphic -100dpi @ actual output size. c. Interior Wall close view POP graphic - 300dpi @ actual output size. Total number of pixels in a TIFF, EPS, etc... is what determines if a file can be used. That can be determined by viewing how many megabytes the saved file is.
